By downloading, installing, or using "Worm Cave" ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

"Worm Cave" is a mobile arcade game where players navigate a worm through underground tunnels, avoiding obstacles and competing for high scores on global leaderboards.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use "Worm Cave" for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Game only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit the Game
• Not reverse engineer or modify the Game
• Choose appropriate usernames for rankings (no offensive language)
• Not interfere with other players' enjoyment of the Game

5. In-App Purchases

• The Game offers an optional "Remove Ads" purchase
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Removing ads permanently disables advertisements in the Game

6. Leaderboards and User Content

• By participating in leaderboards, you grant us the right to display your username and scores
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate usernames or suspicious scores
• You are responsible for maintaining appropriate usernames
